This group session focuses on the basics of boxing, cardiovascular work, as well as strength and conditioning. This class includes partner work, bag work, pad work, and circuit training. Class formats are changed regularly to ensure variety. We are always happy to meet individual requests within our classes.
In summer, the boxing and boxercise class may also incorporate short runs. If people have injuries or are unable to do the runs, we always have alternatives inside the gym that you can complete.
