These sessions are tailored to meet your goals and preferences. There are a variety of things that you can do in a 1:1 session, for example, learning to box, improve strength and conditioning, or focus on self-defense.
We also help in training Amateur and Professional Boxers if you need of training coach Pep has a vast experience in both Amateur and Professional Boxing.
People choose to be trained personally for all types of reasons, the main reason being to get 100% full attention to their needs. With a maximum of four people per personal training class, you will get the attention you need to develop a better understanding of boxing fitness training.
At Agoge, a personal session with one of our specialized trainers caters for your specific needs whether it be weight lose, conditioning, advanced technical training to speed up your learning process or a one on one padding session designed to have you throwing combinations like a seasoned pro while burning some serious calories.
